About me

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have been a professional Social Worker for the past 20 + years. I have experience working as a psychotherapist with clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, parenting problems, career challenges, life changes/phase of life, trauma, and couples/ family dynamics to mention a few. Couples often need to get back to basics along the journey of marriage. Sometimes it helps to have those check-ins done with a professional unbiased intervention. I am equipped to support in this area effectively. Family systems work is essential to supporting heath in our homes, our work & schools and in our society. I believe with the best fit, couples can rediscover together how to best navigate their connection as the phases of life journey continues.

My counseling style is warm, interactive and empathetic. It is important to treat others with dignity and respect on the journey of psychotherapy. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, humanistic, psychodynamic and rational-emotive counseling. I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.
