About me
Couples therapy is something I've done but I can't claim to be an expert. I've been a magnet for abusive relationships and I'm still working on breaking that pattern, happily living as a hermit in the woods with my two dogs and two cats. I am a strong mediator, which is helpful in couples' therapy. I have a lot of experience with family dynamics, communication patterns, developing healthy boundaries, and cultivating compassion. My primary focus as a therapist is to create safe space and help my clients communicate what they need to say to each other when I provide couples' therapy. I have a strengths-based perspective and always encourage clients to find the strengths in each other as well.

These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Amy Klein. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
Amy has been very beneficial in helping me and my partner navigate a very difficult time in life. She is patient, insightful, and knows exactly how to gently guide and challenge both my partner and I collectively and individually. 10/10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Highly recommend Amy!
Amy Klein is an excellent therapist. I am so glad we found her and she's done wonders for our relationship! 10/10 would recommend!
We were married. Then we weren't married. Then we were married again. Amy was able to help us navigate the difficult discussions and get us to be honest with each other and to move forward.
Amy’s ability to hold space and create safety in sessions has helped me to be able to open up more than in previous therapist offices. She has handled me with a lot of sensitivity and care in every session and I would highly recommend her.
An extremely attentive and thoughtful woman, with an eye for detail and a heart brimming with compassion Amy has helped me view my problems through a lens of mindfulness and growth. She has gifted advice and teachings to assist me independently from sessions; a strong- community-driven- teacher with years of volunteering and professional experience! Thanks for everything, Amy :)
Amy has been a lifesaver to my marriage. The ups & downs, and she’s supported them all as a wonderful neutral guidance through it. I couldn’t be more thankful for Amy.
