About me
I enjoy working with couples and have engaged productively with many over the past 2 years. My approach is simple - have an honest and fair discussion where everyone feels heard and acknowledged. Sometimes this is challenging to obtain the way things are - bringing a therapist into the dynamic can help steer things where they need to go to achieve a better and happier life. I do not employ a cookie-cutter approach - every relationship is unique. Every conversation is new.
Please note that I do NOT conduct sessions while clients are driving.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Bennett Burbank. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
Great therapist, I was skeptical at first but he does a great job of making you and your partner feel comfortable. He’s also very good at remaining unbiased and can approach either party when they begin to play victim or deflect.
Bennett has a great focus on and understanding of what concerns me most
Bennett is a fantastic listener and really knows how to get down to the core of the real issues. He can be tough and ask challenging questions, but he gets to the truth almost every time. He taught my partner and I valuable communication techniques, and I gained a lot from our sessions. I’d recommend him to anyone having relationship issues, as he listens and pays attention to both parties very well. He gives you the tools to “fix” your relationship, and makes you feel heard and understood.
Listens to both parties and finds a good middle ground
He seems to listen and show concern and is fair during our couples therapy.
We love working with Bennett. We’ve been in therapy for a while with a few different therapists, and he is by far our favorite. Very direct and to the point, no BS which we appreciate.
Bennett is an amazing therapist. He truly listens and gets the best most balanced idea for how to resolve problems.
Mr. Burbank is amazing. He does a great job facilitating conversations, and keeping you actively engaged. Our relationship has greatly improved since starting counseling with him. I look forward to therapy every week.
We really enjoy our sessions with Bennett. He’s honest, listens to us, and feels like a “friend” but is unbiased so it feels very fair for my husband and I. He also calls things out in a kind way and fair way which has helped my husband and I see things about ourselves we wouldn’t have trusted otherwise. We really enjoy working with Bennett and would recommend him to any couple looking for a place to start when they start to feel things could be better in their relationship.
Mr. Burbank is a phenomenal therapist. He has helped me and my significant other quite a bit. He is empathetic, but also a great mediator. I would recommend him to my friends/family.
