I have experience in helping couples, and individual with coping with addictions, trauma and abuse, motivation, self-esteem, codependency struggles and depression. When working with couples to repair trust, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional intimacy it requires a willingness to self-assess so change happens in your relationship.
