I am licensed in New Hampshire with 5 years of professional work experience. I have worked with many folks from a variety of backgrounds; some with severe challenges. I have been in the mental health field for more than 20 years. I have experience in helping clients with stress, anxiety, trauma, abuse, coping with grief, coping with loss, struggles with motivation, self-esteem, & confidence. I also have experience helping people learn tools to manage life changes. I know that everyone's story deserves to be heard and listened to.
Working on a relationship can be overwhelming, change can be frightening, and many people don't understand why they are reacting the way they are to stressors. They struggle even more to understand why their partner is reacting the way they are. Communication, understanding and seeing things from each other's point of view can feel impossible. Talking with someone who may be able to add perspective for all involved, validation and tools to improve the overall relationship could be the help you need.
