Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Dea Richardson. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
We have only seen Dea a couple of times. But she did more for us in our first session that our last therapist did for us in 6 sessions. I like that she talks and she really explains things. I don’t believe the old way of therapy works where the therapist expects you to speak. Dea is the first therapist I have seen (out of 5) that has asked me to fill out an ACE test. She is actually asking questions about our past and making us understand why we are the way we are! I would highly recommend her. Me and my husband were at breaking point.
Dea is very respectful and able to get to the heart of matters quickly. I feel confident in her ability and experience. She manages to provide support and warmth during sessions while remaining professional and focused. I would definitely recommend her - she has provided an additional set of non judge mental eyes and some good concrete advice on navigating complexities of a young family, changing careers and our communication as a couple.
We have only had two sessions with Dea so far, but she has given us some valuable insights and put us on the right path moving forward so far. We are looking forward to working with her in the future.
