I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, anger management, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with couples from an attachment perspective and believe fostering emotional intimacy can be one of the most healing processes for a couple who have found themselves in a challenging cycle with their loved one.
