About me

I am licensed in Florida with 13 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with relationship issues, family conflicts, trauma and abuse, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I work with couples to repair trust, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional intimacy with each other. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I am here to support & empower you in that journey. However, I utilize psychoeducational concepts in addition to other strategies and my environment is very relaxing. I do not seek to tell anyone they are wrong but to help the couple understand that if we are together the problem is ours together. I understand that there are many therapists with many strategies, and I may not be able to be that one and that's ok. The couple's journey is yours to understand so that you can heal. Let’s work on developing a new meaning of your life so you can become a better you.
