Giles is an amazing empathetic therapist who really listens. He keeps us on track. Remembers where we are in therapy and what our issues are from week to week. He suggests practical tool we can use and insights that help us see each other in a different light so we can interact not based our our past but together in the present moment. We also worked on the past so he’s aware of our history and sees how it impacts us today. We’re both so grateful for him. Also he has a great sense of humor and knows when to use it to lighten a moment. Lucky we found him. Thank you
