I am licensed in Missouri with several years of professional work experience working with families of all kinds. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, relationship issues, coping with grief and loss, & intimacy related issues. For most couples, the goal is to reconnect. For them, I work with couples to repair trust, improve communication, and strengthen their emotional intimacy with each other. For some couples, the way ahead may not be as one, but due to the life you have built you need to find new ways to communicate and create a new normal. Either way, I am here to support you in that process. Change, whether chosen or thrust upon us takes courage. We can start it together.
