About me
You took the first step to reach out and ask for help! I look forward to the opportunity to walk this journey together. Let me tell you about myself:
I’m a wife, mother to four, and a dog mom! I live in SC but love to travel to see new places and try new things. My favorite place is anywhere with a beach as I love anything involving sunshine and water!
Professionally, I am a Board-Certified Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor, and a Licensed Addiction Counselor in the state of South Carolina and have been practicing in the mental health field since 2011. I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in the state of Kansas, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Georgia, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Washington, a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon, and a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor in Illinois. I am currently working on my Doctorate of Psychology and was EMDR trained in 2021.
I am very person-centered in my work with clients as I believe that you know you better than I know you! My practice is solution-focused as I believe in focusing more heavily on the problems you’re experiencing right now and working together to develop effective strategies for improving not only your current symptoms, but also your overall life satisfaction. I often incorporate Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy at times to help identify problematic thinking and retrain your brain to be more positive! Some other theories I believe in are Positive Psychology and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
I have significant expertise in dealing with adults (18+) who are experiencing the following: various mental illnesses (including but not limited to Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, other Psychotic Disorders, Depression, Anxiety); difficulty adapting to life situations; relationship issues; stress caused by pressure at work or home; grief and loss; self-esteem issues; other difficulties maintaining life balance. I also have experience with addictions issues and am able to help in those areas. I am skilled in aiding others in developing coping skills, interpersonal skills, independent living skills, stress management, personal empowerment and advocacy, healthy leisure habits, and other important life skills.
It is important to understand that therapy is about you and what you need, so the process is really driven by the client! My role is to facilitate discussion and prompt new ways of thinking in order to inspire fresh perspectives. :)
When working with couples, I believe it is necessary for both parties to be engaged, honest, and willing to work on the issues with activities outside of sessions. Love is an action word and something you choose to do every single day!

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Kayce Bragg. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
Kayce provided helpful tips, newletter, and aids pre-therapy. We also appreciated completing the Goals Worksheet!
Kayce has helped us SO MUCH this year, we are blessed to have her. I can truly say that she helped us navigate our marriage when things were rocky and now we are in such a better place.
She is awsome
Kayce is the best. She makes things feel so personable and she really understands my issues / seeks to and knows how to find solutions that works. Kayce follows up and checks in regularly too and I feel like she is truly here for me. She’s constructive - challenges my thinking yet has a lot of empathy. I’ve already recommended her to friends and so glad to finally find someone who works for me.
Kayce is thoughtful, intelligent, caring and helpful. I feel grateful to have her in my corner.
Although we are still new into our journey with Regain it honestly has been a game changer. My therapist has already helped my partner and I! I’m confident we’re heading in the right direction for better communication skills and conflict resolution with her guidance in self reflection and acknowledging the root of our problems. Having someone like Kaycee who has the background to dive into discussion with out judgement and the skills to navigate our solutions has been very helpful so that my partner and I can finally feel confident addressing uncomfortable conversations.
Kayce is one of the best therapists I’ve ever worked with. She’s professional, yet personable. So grateful for her help.
She's great
We want to keep her all to ourselves lol! She challenges us both which can be hard sometimes but it’s what we need. She is also excellent at messaging back, and even checking in if we haven’t messaged.
I feel comfortable talking with Kayce.
What can I say about Kayce? She knows her stuff! She is personable and professional. She has great insight and is not afraid to approach sensitive topics. She includes both people in the relationship fairly and isn’t afraid to hold you accountable for your actions. I was leary about doing couples therapy virtually but it has been great!
You are very fortunate if Kayce Bragg as your therapist!
This has saved my marriage and our communication and understanding of each other has never been better.
Kayce is amazing. She listens and has the best recommendations to our situation.
We have only been working with Kayce for a short time now, but she has been great in helping both sides understand each other and giving our issues real life analogies and advice. I have never had therapy of any kind and can honestly say I am extremely happy to have been matched with Kayce!
She gave us the resources we need to address our problems
She really has given me some sound advice and some guidelines and some things to do instead of say and it made a lot of sense to me.
