About me
I use a simple phrase "the story I'm making up" from Brene Brown's Rumble language to help couples navigate through "love's paradox".
I am a family and marriage therapist licensed in California with over 20 years of experience as a caring witness working with youth, adults, couples, and families to help them increase their ability to balance personal motivations with social and relationship challenges. As a passionate and curious learner, I embrace a "each one teach one" and "it takes a village" counseling style.
I have had the honor and blessing of a few caring witnesses in my life. I pledge my life's work to pass on the attentive sense of care that was instilled in me. It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life. If you are ready to take that step toward change, I am ready to support and empower you. I look to working with you.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Keith Chilton. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
We have only had a few sessions with Keith and already I feel good about the communication tools and techniques he is sharing with me and my husband. I’m looking forward to learning more and seeing how it helps our relationship.
He is really caring and listen to your concerns.
Keith is very professional and has a way of helping my husband and I both feel comfortable. He offers homework and tools that we can refer back to during the week
Keith is great. On time. Give homework. And is helpful.
I would like to do have the option of monthly therapy
Keith is thoughtful, engaged, and tailors our sessions to our unique needs. I can't recommend him enough!
Keith is quietly brilliant, allowing for us to really discover our process, and uncover the source of our marital challenges at our own pace. Keith is thoughtful, kind, patient and insightful. I’m happy to have found him.

Supportive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Thanks Keith!
Keith really takes the time to make sure both me and my partner have the opportunity to express our needs and concerns and our sessions have always been very helpful . We leave having a better understanding of each other and have worked hard on rebuilding our trust for one another
Keith is a very mindful individual. He is highly analytical and objective in the way that he guided us. We were guided to deepen our tools with articles and exercises which were great.
Keith always has great resources and is very personable.
