About me
I do not consider myself the average therapist because I do not sit around and say "Hmm, tell me more". Instead, I take a very assertive style and want to make changes in your life as quickly and effectively as possible. Whether you are seeking individual counseling, trying to improve a relationship via couples counseling, working out family issues my first goal is to help you recognize yourself and how you can improve.
I am a Christian which means I use God and faith to help you heal, progress and find peace if that is something you desire incorporated. I will not force you to believe what I believe, but I do want you to know where I come from. I see different people with different beliefs or no spiritual belief. I am professional and respectful to all clients and their values and will never impose those on you in our counseling relationship.
Our spouses and partners can evoke the greatest joy and connection in us, as well as the deepest sadness and anger. This mystery can be hard to understand, especially if the negative seems to outweigh the positive. In couple’s therapy, people work to understand their unique partnership and mystery.
Couple’s counseling is not all theoretical, though. It is actually quite practical.
Common issues couples work on in therapy:
Communication skills
Boundary setting
Crisis prevention
Intimacy differences
Parenting
Decision making to support the relationship rather than undermine it
Problem-solving skills
Again, each couple has unique strengths and challenges which make couple’s therapy different for everyone. The deeper work often involves each partner understanding his or her own family-of-origin influences, as well as their partner's. Seeing how these early influences play out in their current relationship can aide in understanding people’s “buttons.” Often times, couples will work to better understand those seemingly small issues that elicit big emotional reactions. By knowing each other's "buttons" and dealing with them in a compassionate way, couples learn to work through a situation rather than get into a fight.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Linda Seibert. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
Very easy to build a relationship with and personable. Has great life stories to apply to situations to provide understanding and listens to each side and perspective. She was open to our needs including doing 1:1 sessions which then helped her understand each perspective better and that is when we really made progress in our relationship!
She is an amazing therapist. I always feel so respected. She is easy to talk to and always helps guide me to great paths.
Linda is amazing! Blessed we found her!!!

Linda was my Husband and I's therapist for three months and we feel like our relationship has taken a 180 for the better! She is attentive, communicates and makes sure your on the same page, challenges in positive way and genuinely cares. Personal or couple, I highly suggest Linda to help you heal.
Linda is amazing. She challenges you in the best way possible to acquire accountability, communicate better, be a better spouse, be a better you, etc. I needed someone to push me and I needed to acquire accountability. She is mutual to both sides and even works with us one on one when needed which has been beneficial for optimal growth.
Linda is an excellent listener. She had made a strong impact on our marriage. Great full to work with her.
Linda has been wonderfully helpful in helping my partner and I navigate a new family situation. I can’t say kind enough things about the advice she offers—she really gets through to us. She provides wonderful resources to use after sessions, and really cares to see success come of the services she offers. Super grateful.
Linda is very helpful and has given us many tools to get our marriage back on track!

So far it's been a great experience!
Linda was fantastic. Really insightful and direct. I felt like every minute we spent together was productive. Highly recommend!
Although I was somewhat skeptical of this treatment method, Linda was great to talk to. She was kind, fair and direct. I felt like the video chat was a good use of my time, and Linda was great. I would highly recommend her and the online counseling!
Linda was great. She is patient and understanding and was able to identify and help us begin to address the issues in our marriage. She knew when it was necessary to push me out of my own comfort zone and focus on self improvement and prioritizing my relationship with my spouse.
