Hello, I am glad you are here! You are either taking the first step on your journey to wellness or reaching out to continue that journey. I am the founder of "Wellness Place, LLC." After 25+ years of professional experience and study in the areas of social work, mental health and healthcare and many years of self-study in nutrition and philosophy, I have come to realize that well-being depends on more than a healthy body. Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Mary Sudduth. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
Mary is an active listener and doesn’t have to hear things twice.
Mrs. Mary is great actually she’s amazing. She has helped me more than she knows. Navigating through situations with what she has provided to me (us) has been life changing. I recommend this app in general but I highly recommend Mrs. Mary as my therapist.
Mary is very patient and attentive to our needs as a couple. She is able to navigate both of our strong personalities effectively
Mary is one of the most amazing people I ever have met and I strongly recommend her to anybody.
Mary is great! She listen and is impartial. We are benefiting a great deal from her counsel.
Mary is a great! We came to her with a laundry list of problems and she gave us tools on how to tackle them. Mary is a great listener, she doesn't judge and she is great at not taking sides and staying objective. We are in a much happier place now and we really appreciate and enjoy working with her!
Mrs. Mary has been a great help to my boyfriend and I. She gets us!

Mary Sudduth is both an awesome Marriage Counselor and is spiritually gifted and wise as well.
Our marriage is barely hanging on a thread and next to God’s Grace keeping us together, Mary is clearly the Counselor we both look to for guidance and direction. Thanks Mary!!
Mary has been helpful looking at both sides of the couples counseling offering ideas and insights to what we need to do as a couple to move forward.
Mary is very good at helping my spouse and I peel an onion of difficult emotions, one layer at a time. She is thoughtful, neutral and keeps us honest. We are learning much about us individually and as a couple.
I think Mary is great. She listens and also offers proactive advice!
Mary is being super helpful.
Great counselor, the material and support she is giving us is very helpful.
