About me
I have over 15 years providing couples counseling. My skills and approach, for couples, and relationship counseling again look at what are we going to accomplish and how we reach our goals. I focus on the relationship being based on "trust, respect, and communication", and build out from there. Over my many years of couples counseling, I have worked with many different patient demographics, for example, married couples, same sex couples, marginalized groups, minorities, veterans, and couples where one person has a traumatic brain injury. I look forward to working with you.

Mike is great to talk with very helpful and a great therapist
He seems great so far!
We are so lucky that we found Michael for couples counseling. He's guided us through some very big obstacles that our family is facing, including some huge and stressful transitions. These times have been heightened in emotion and anxiety and have put added tension on our marriage and family, but Michael has helped us to normalize the circumstances and to see them at face value so that we can get over the humps and move on to the next steps and stay on course. We were pleasantly surprised to learn more about his varied credentials and level of expertise in many areas. It's quite astounding, actually. He operates a busy private practice and still makes time to connect with us on a weekly basis. He's very pragmatic and level-headed and lends a lot of appropriate personal and professional experience to our discussions, which has been very helpful. I will add, too, that I appreciate how relatable he is, which has allowed my husband to benefit from the therapeutic experience. A huge win there. I'm so grateful for that! Much gratitude to Michael!
