I have been educated and trained in a variety of psychological approaches. The Humanistic approach, which says for a person to "grow", they need an environment that provides them with genuineness (openness and self-disclosure), acceptance (being seen with unconditional positive regard), and empathy (being listened to and understood) most closely reflects my personal belief. The Cognitive-Behavioral approach, which says that our thoughts and feelings profoundly affect our emotions and behaviors, is another approach that I follow. The goal of therapy will be to diminish existing problems by examining and identifying those thought patterns which are negative and problematic and restructuring them into more positive and adaptive patterns of thinking about oneself and one’s environment. If you have any further questions regarding my training or practice, please feel free to contact me.

Reviews
These quotes represent just a few of the many positive reviews that we have received for Patricia Rembert-Anderson. We don't pay anyone to provide their review and they are all made voluntarily. Some people's experience receiving therapy with Regain might be different.
She listens and that helps us a lot.
Patricia has been great to talk to. We feel very comfortable with her. Very easy to share with her and we bring up things we didn’t think of bringing up before talking talking to her.
Patricia is great. Very understanding and insightful.
Going in I had my Reservations about therapy Patricia allows me to go at my own pace she’s very supportive which works for me a great listener and so far I haven’t had any issues working with her meaning she’s very flexible when it comes to what you need and your therapist and this is just based off the two sessions I have had with her however I do take in account the first interaction and she definitely made me feel comfortable enough to go through with the session
She is hands down Awesome! I feel comfortable around her and can be myself. She is a perfect balance. She remains neutral and fair. My husband and I are building more on our relationship and I like the direction we are going. Thank you from bottom of our hearts Patricia. ( teary eye imoji)
