He was able to help us dig deep into our differences and provided realistic solutions to the issues at hand in a way that aligned with our beliefs. Mr. Kranz has helped me in this short time more than ANY counselor I've ever had. We literally go over things I need to work on, he adds his thoughts, and we come up with a plan and ways to apply the things I've learned in counseling. He listens to me without judgement, but also doesn't sugar coat anything. I really appreciate his help in this journey of me becoming a better "me".
