Hello, I am licensed in New York with 43 years of professional work experience. I have experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, coping with grief and loss, anger management, & motivation, self esteem, and confidence. I have also worked with couples who are having a hard time maintaining their relationships. Reaching out to speak to someone and asking for help is difficult, but it's the first step in understanding and working through the challenges you are experiencing. I have a very laid back approach and will try to help you feel comfortable while we start our journey together. Every one needs help sometime in their lives when the going gets rough. We will work together as a team . I will tailor our dialog and treatment plan to meet your unique and specific needs.

Sandy is an amazing person. I feel truly blessed, as she really listens and has somehow gotten my "partner" to answer questions that he has never done with anyone. It's slowly helping me understand why there have been so many problems. Sandy is warm, sincere, great sense of humor and I could not recommend her more.
